Refund policy

MLV Luxury Vintage applies European e-commerce returns regulations, which provide customers with 28 days to return items.

Customers wishing to return items must notify MLV Luxury Vintage of their intention to return the item within 14 days of receiving the item.
Customers can notify MLV Luxury Vintage of their intention to return a purchased item using one of the contact details listed below.
The customer must then send the returned item to MLV Luxury Vintage at the address listed below within the following 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or used, with all security seals and tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

After submitting your return request, you will be contacted by our customer service team. If the request meets the above criteria, you must send the package to the following address:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, who must ship the product using appropriate methods, ensuring that the delivery arrives at its destination within 14 days of the return authorization.

Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
According to EU regulations, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 5 business days via your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
