Entrupy only supports certain brands, models, materials, and product categories. Certificate availability therefore depends on the specific characteristics of the item.

4. Guarantee of authenticity

MLV Luxury Vintage offers a full guarantee of authenticity on all products sold.

If a customer demonstrates, through reliable and verifiable documentation, that a product purchased on the Site is not original, MLV Luxury Vintage will proceed with a 100% refund of the purchase price , according to the methods and times established by current legislation.

5. Anti-counterfeiting security devices
